Paisley Sheriff Court heard there was an attack at her home in December 2019 where John McLeod lost a tooth and was left with a broken cheekbone and fractured jaw following the brawl, reports the Daily Record.Prosecutors claimed Edward Connor and Andrew McCann assaulted him “to his severe injury”.
Connor entered a special defence of incrimination, blaming McCann, who is deceased, for the attack, and was cleared by a jury at court on Friday.
