But now the Toyota driver, Mohsin Hussain, has been charged with causing death by driving while uninsured.Following the tragedy, Malakye was described as a "lovely" child with a "bright smile."
One of his teachers, Louise Norris-Green, said: "Malakye was such a lovely, funny, happy boy and it was a real pleasure to teach him.While a family friend added: "Sleep tight our sweet Malakye, you will forever be in our thoughts, prayers and a very special place in our hearts with your big hair, impeccable manners and of course the bright smile on your face."
One tribute left for the youngster read: "RIP beautiful boy, always in our hearts, sleep tight baby xxx"“I was shocked to hear it was him that passed. My thoughts go to his family and those who knew him."
