A 20-year-old has been charged with affray and a pair were arrested after machetes were used in a clash in Watford.
Herts Police have appealed for witnesses and further information over the “altercation”. The force added that, despite the use of machetes,"no one was injured".
PC Ross Lang said: “This incident happened on a busy road at a time when many people would have been walking or driving past, so we are appealing for anyone who believes they witnessed what happened to come forward and speak to us if they have not done so already. “We’re particularly keen to hear from anyone who believes they may have dashcam, doorbell camera or CCTV footage that could assist us with our enquiries.”
The two men who were arrested have been released on bail"with strict conditions" while the investigation continues, police confirmed.
