On June 14, video circulating on social media appeared to show a masked man wielding a long blade while confronting another male, as others look on.Other video footage appears to show a group of men confronting the masked man, prior to the arrival of police. A spokesperson for the PSNI said: "A 23-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences including common assault, making threats to kill and possessing an article with a blade or point in a public place.
