Gardaí have arrested and charged a man in his 20s following a serious assault at an educational establishment in Maynooth, Kildare. The assault occurred on Monday evening, leaving three men injured, including one in his 50s who was hospitalized with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The charged man is due to appear before Naas District Court on Wednesday.
Gardaí have arrested and charged a man following a serious assault at an educational establishment in Kildare which left one man hospitalised.
Officers made the arrest following the assault in Maynooth at around 6:50pm on Monday, which left three men injured. One of the men, aged in his 50s, was rushed to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown to be treated for serious but non-life threatening injuries. Two other males were also injured during the incident.
A man, aged in his 20s, was arrested in relation to this incident and has since been charged. He is due to appear before Naas District Court this morning, Wednesday February 5 at 10.30am.
