Heywood man charged with attempting to abduct child on their way to school in Blackpool
A man from Heywood has been charged with attempting to abduct a child in Blackpool last week. He has also been charged with causing/inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.No children were physically harmed, police said. Cash McLaughlin, 22, of Miller Street, Heywood, has now been charged with attempting to take a child; and causing/inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.He have been remanded into custody to appear at Blackpool Magistrates Court this weekend.
A Lancashire Police spokesman said: "Cash McLaughlin, 22, of Miller Street, Heywood, has been charged with attempting to take a child and causing/inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. He was remanded into custody to appear at Blackpool Magistrates Court on Saturday."
