Gardaí in Finglas are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal assault that occurred in Melville Drive, Finglas, Dublin 11 on Saturday 17, shortly after 2pm.
A female, aged in her 20s, received fatal injuries during the incident. The woman was later identified as 24-year-old mother of two, Jennifer Poole. Emergency services attended the scene and Poole was taken to Connolly Hospital Blanchardstown, where she was pronounced dead a short time later.He is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court in Dublin, this morning, Monday, at 10:30am.
