Manchester City are still waiting for their 115 Premier League Financial Fair Play charges to be heard and are preparing to argue their case
Former Manchester City financial advisor Stefan Borson believes the Premier League will not wish to 'unwind' the 115 charges against the club as the club's hearing edges closer.
Since the Premier League's statement, Nottingham Forest and Everton have both been charged, found guilty and deducted points for financial breaches. "I have always maintained that there will be a settlement, not because I want one, but because it is a lesser of two evils," Jordan argued.
"If they bring this action and are successful against Man City, they will just discredit their own Premier League and if they don't..." Borson concluded: "The position you have got is for the Premier League to reverse at this stage...
