Manchester City were confirmed as Premier League champions for the fourth season in succession on the final day and could not resist firing a jibe at former title rivals Liverpool

Manchester City mocked Liverpool ’s ‘This Means More’ slogan on social media after being crowned Premier League champions.

It also follows a verbal exchange between City striker Erling Haaland and Trent Alexander-Arnold earlier this season. Speaking ahead of a meeting between the two sides, the Liverpool star claimed the success at Anfield did indeed mean more on Merseyside. “I’ve been here one year and I won the treble.
