A man has died in London after being found slumped outside a hospital with stab wounds, police are now appealing to the public for information.
A man has died after being found slumped outside a hospital with stab wounds., at around 4.45am on Saturday and was then driven to King’s College Hospital in Denmark Hill.
Police officers there dealing with another matter spotted him lying seriously injured and gave first aid while summoning medics to help but the man was declared dead a short time later. A 27-year-old man was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of murder on Saturday evening and remains in police custody. The victim’s family has been informed and is being supported by specialist officers while formal identification is yet to be arranged.
A post-mortem examination held on Sunday at Greenwich Mortuary gave the cause of death as stab injuries.
