Police closed the road for several hours while they dealt with the collision. Officers have now confirmed that a 65-year-old man has passed away. A statement from Police Scotland said: “A 65-year-old man has died following a road crash on Monday, 10 July, 2023. “Emergency services attended, however, the 65-year-old man died. The 51-year-old female driver of the other vehicle received a leg injury. The road has been reopened.”
