A man was fatally stabbed by an asylum seeker while attempting to break up an argument over an e-scooter, a court has heard
.
Nic Lobbenberg KC, prosecuting, told the court that Mr Roberts had been enjoying a"very chilled" night out with his friend, James Medway, at the For Your Eyes Only strip club in the Dorset seaside resort before the incident. Mr Lobbenberg said Abdulrahimzai, who had been seen wearing an Afghan flag around his shoulders earlier in the evening, had previously used the hired e-scooter before Mr Roberts and Mr Medway came across it outside the Subway shop.
He said Mr Roberts collapsed and was"bleeding profusely on the ground" before emergency services arrived.
