Christopher Vargas, 32, died from a gunshot wound to the hip, according to the ME. His death is deemed a homicide. At last check, San Antonio police were labeling Vargas’ death as ‘suspicious,’ though no arrests have been made in connection with the case.A man was found dead at his North Side home, and San Antonio police say it appears to be suspicious, igniting an investigation.When they arrived, EMS pronounced the man, believed to be in his 30s or early 40s, deceased.
