The 46-year-old was discovered unresponsive by a member of the public in Crystal Palace, south London, on Thursday.

Officers went to Effra Court in Crystal Palace at 9.24am but Mr Radu was declared dead shortly after.No arrests have been made but a murder investigation is under way. Met Police Detective Chief Inspector Sal Minhas is urging anyone who saw Mr Radu in the 48 hours before he died to come forward.
