A truck T-boned a car on Barton Springs Road, pushing it into a crowd of people standing near a food truck. One man who was injured is now suing the drivers involved.
was waiting for his ice cream outside the Holla Mode food truck when a speeding truck T-boned a car turning left off of Barton Springs Road. The truck pushed the car into a crowd of people standing outside the food truck.
According to the police report, the driver of the truck admitted to going 50-60 mph in a 35 mph zone.
