Man left with facial injuries after brutal hammer attack in Letterkenny, Co Donegal
The shocking assault occurred at approximately 3am on Sunday morning, April 14 on the Ramelton Road, Letterkenny.
A garda spokeswoman told The Irish Daily Mirror: "A man was assaulted by two males and received injuries to his nose and mouth. "He was treated at scene by ambulance medics. Two males and were arrested under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 for assault and brought to Letterkenny Garda Station."
