UK news: Man murdered his sister a week after his son was jailed for schoolboy's murder
A man murdered his own sister just a week after his teenage son was jailed for life for the murder of a schoolboy, it's been revealed. Roger Harriott, 55, stabbed his sister Sandra Harriott, a 'bubbly' 56-year-old, at her home in Fartown, West Yorkshire, last week.
The teenagers 'lay in wait' for Khayri as he walked home from school, with 15-year-old Pusey shouting "Yo Khayri" before delivering a fatal blow to his chest, reports Yorkshire Live. In a powerful statement, Khayri's mum Charlie Mclean said her son, a Manchester Utd fan who wanted to be an engineer, had been helpless at the time of the attack. She said: "The fear he went through when he realised he'd been stabbed and was bleeding to death will stay with me forever.
