Police say the gunman shot and killed 40-year-old Elgin Reynolds on 165th Street in Jamaica, Queens on Friday afternoon.

When Reynolds tried to escape, the gunman opened fire, shooting Reynolds in the leg, torso, and face. EMS rushed Reynolds to a nearby hospital, where he died.
