Manchester United set to sign Wales youth international and Cardiff City starlet MUFC

have reportedly beaten two to three other English teams also after the 16-year-old centre-forward, and the youngster is set to join United’s academy within the next week.According to Fabrizio Romano a deal has been agreed for the youngster, who has completed his medical and the Premier League giants are ready for him to sign a four-year contract with the academy.

“I’d like to thank all of my coaches for helping me become the player and person I am today and to all my teammates. I’ll forever be thankful for the opportunity I’ve had at this club.” The teenager was yet to make an appearance for the Bluebird’s first-team, but had clearly caught Man United’s eye when starring for the Under-21s and Wales’ Under-17s.Man United’s U18s claimed the Youth Cup trophy at Old Trafford in May, with now-first team star Alejandro Garnacho contributing seven goals and three assists in that successful Youth Cup campaign.

It’s likely Man United will have the same vision for the Welsh youngster, who also played in the competition last season for Cardiff.
