The BBC announced on Tuesday that the former Manchester United defender-turned pundit will join the reality TV business show in a guest capacity for the 2024 series of the programme.

Filming is currently taking place in Manchester and he will also be joined by fashion businesswoman, Emma Grede and the four regular dragons: Peter Jones, Deborah Meaden, Touker Suleyman, Sara Davies and Steven Bartlett.“I am excited to join the Dragons, and to meet the entrepreneurs brave enough to face us in the Den,” Neville said following his confirmation.

“Business is all about managing people and managing yourself and I’m looking forward to sharing my experience to help the entrepreneurs we’ll meet in the Den reach their potential.” Alongside his punditry duties for Sky Sports and co-ownership of Salford City, the 48-year-old also co-owns Hotel Football in Manchester with ex-United teammates Nicky Butt, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and brother Phil Neville.
