Man United winger Noam Emeran has agreed to join Dutch second-tier club Groningen,The 20-year-old has been granted permission to undergo a medical and discuss terms after United accepted a six-figure offer for him.United have fielded multiple loan offers for the youngster but have decided to let him move permanently.
