Liverpool winger Luis Diaz continues to face speculation over his future at Anfield with frequent links with a move to Barcelona.
According to reports in Spain, the La Liga giants are on the hunt for a new wide addition with the likes of Athletic Bilbao star Nico Williams and Liverpool attacker Luis Diaz said to be on the shortlist.
While Barcelona rejected the opportunity to splash out on the attacker, the outlet has added that they could be open to bringing him in on a temporary basis. Should Flick's side pursue a move for Sancho, it could end their pursuit in Liverpool's Colombian attacker. With only two years left on his contract with Liverpool, the La Liga outfit have become increasingly linked with a move and comments by Diaz's father have added fire to the talk, particularly his acknowledgment of his son's love for Barcelona. He said: "The truth is that I know very little about Barcelona at the moment.
"Luis is a player who finds it easy to win over because of the way he is, because of his humility, his work, his dedication. He is a very disciplined player, thank God. There would be no problem if Luis came to Barcelona because it is a top team and one of the best in the world."
