Man Utd 'handed Jadon Sancho boost' after Borussia Dortmund seal Erling Haaland transfer
Manchester United have stepped up their pursuit of Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho after missing out on the signing of Erling Haaland .Solskjaer has now turned his attention elsewhere, with Old Trafford chiefs hopeful that Dortmund may be willing to do business with United following their Haaland capture.
It is also claimed that the winger has made clear his intention to move back to England, having quit Manchester City for the German side in 2017.Despite his obvious talent, there have been a number of incidents this season involving Sancho that have fuelled speculation he could return to English football.
United appear to be Sancho's favoured destination, with Solskjaer making clear his desire to bolster his attacking ranks as soon as possible. United sold Romelu Lukuka and loaned out Alexis Sanchez to Inter Milan in the summer, and failed to bring in reinforcements.
