Agli MTV Video Music Awards i Maneskin hanno portato a casa l'ennesima vittoria conquistando un premio nella categoria "Best Rock", grazie al brano "The Loneliest" . Sul palco la band ha portato in anteprima mondiale l'ultimo singolo "Honey, ".
Damiano, Victoria, Ethan e Thomas hanno soffiato il riconoscimento di Best Rock a veterani del rock come Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Linkin Park, Muse e Foo Fighters. Si tratta di un ritorno sulla scena del delitto per il gruppo, che nella scorsa edizione aveva vinto nella categoria miglior video alternativo grazie a "I Wanna be your slave".
