Manor Solomon will be hoping to make his Leeds United debut this weekend
New Leeds United recruit Manor Solomon has revealed he spoke to both Archie Gray and Daniel James ahead of his move to Elland Road. The winger joined the Whites on a season-long loan from Tottenham yesterday, becoming the Championship club's sixth summer signing.
Gray joined Solomon at Tottenham earlier this summer after the Premier League club captured the 18-year-old in a £40m deal from United. "I spoke with Archie a bit and he told me some great things about the club," Solomon told LUTC. "I spoke with some other people, the assistant coach at Tottenham who also told me some great stuff about Leeds.
“I had an injury that happened in the beginning of the season and then for the majority of the season, I couldn't play football. But now I am fit and I'm ready to go, I'm ready to show myself again.
