A MAP has revealed the UK's luckiest city for scooping the Postcode Lottery - with more than 400 people scooping the jackpot.But some residents are more fortunate than others when it comes to having their postcode drawn from the mystery hat.
It was followed by Warrington in second, where there are 16 postcodes - each of which has won an average of 33.69 times.Narrowly third, Blackpool has 33.13 average wins across its eight postcode districts.West Central London has been found to be the unluckiest area for the draw.Similarly, there have only been 17 wins across the 28 postcode districts that make up East Central London.
"It is also interesting to see many of the luckiest areas being Northern, while many Southern areas are in the bottom ten.
