Mariah Carey sued for copyright infringement over her iconic 1994 holiday hit All I Want For Christmas Is You... which has gone on to earn the singer 'over $60million' in royalties
Andy Stone filed a lawsuit claiming his 1989 song of the same name inspired her 1994 song, which has since become a Christmas standard. Under the name Vince Vance & The Valiants, Stone co-wrote and recorded his version of All I Want For Christmas Is You five years before Carey's tune.
