Having played for six different clubs since departing Anfield, Balotelli became a free agent last month is now in talks to find a new permanent home
Ex- Liverpool and Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli is in talks with Brazilian club Corinthians after becoming a free agent last month.
After spending time in France, Switzerland, and Turkey, Balotelli looks to be discussing a move to South America with historic Brazilian club Corinthians. "I felt Mario was someone who wouldn’t work for us. But come the end of the summer, we were struggling to get someone who could do the role we wanted. I think the ownership group thought that this could be a player I could develop."
Sao Paulo-based club Corinthians are in need of a frontman and have reportedly been in contact with Balotelli. Academy director Claudinei Alves addressed the potential move, stating: "Corinthians are prepared to offer him a two-year contract."
