Mark Wright shares an update after the 'terribly worrying time'
Mark Wright has revealed he has been given the all clear after having an operation to remove a lump in his armpit earlier this month.
In a video posted to his Instagram, Mark told his 1.8million followers: "How are you doing? A little pre-Merry Christmas from me to you. Mark now discussed how he hasn't been able to exercise since the operation and said the long walk was the first bit of exercise he has done. Mark then discussed his fitness app Train Wright and eating programme Eat Wright and revealed in the new year that the app will be re-branded to Live Wright.
As Mark shared the video with his followers, he added in the caption: "Some news for 2022… I had a bit of a health scare recently which I spoke about the other week, thankfully I’ve had the all clear now which is amazing and I feel so so lucky
