Married at First Sight star Natasha Spencer, who appeared on the show back in 2018, just got candid about being sober as she documents two years since her last alcoholic drink
Married at First Sight alumni Natasha Spencer has recently opened up about going sober. It comes as she celebrates it being two years since she last had an alcoholic drink.
“I want to write this in hopes it will let the right person know, you’re never in too deep and you’re never too far gone to start making a change. It took me 6 months of trying before I managed to be completely sober,” she added. “Sobriety is an act of self love and I never thought I would be here, but I thank the universe that I am,” she penned.
Natasha added that she doesn’t need alcohol or drugs to “disassociate,” but instead loves “being present in every moment of this life” she has “created” with her husband. Natasha isn’t the only former Married at First Sight cast member to recently share their personal struggles, though. Selina Chhaur, who appeared on season nine of the show, opened up about her mental health, and how it’s declined since being on the series.
