Presenter Martin King and his wife, renowned photographer Jenny McCarthy have celebrated her birthday over the bank holiday weekend.The duo gave their followers a glimpse inside their date night as they toasted to the birthday.The couple enjoyed some champagne with strawberries as they enjoyed a meal at Fire Restaurant in Dublin.Captioning the post, Martin said: "Birthday drinks with my birthday girl. Happy birthday my love.
Jenny also got to tuck into some birthday cake with family, as she was joined by two of her grandchildren, Mia and Sophia.Jenny and Martin are grandparents to four grandchildren - Aaron, Mia, Ella and Sophia.Martin and Jenny first met when they both worked in Dublin radio station, 98FM. Jenny previously told us: “We met when we worked together at 98FM. I was one of the Black Thunders, driving the jeeps, and he was the voice on the street, so he used to come out in the jeeps all the time.
"At one point then, I was made supervisor and he used to have to get into my jeep because it had the phone in it and he had to do his links from there, and that’s kind of how we met. We knew each other a good while before anything happened, but we met at 98FM.” Martin and Jenny tied the knot in front of friends and family back in 2011 in the gorgeous surroundings of Killashee House Hotel in Kildare.Junior passed away, with Jenny posted adorable pictures of him with their family, alongside a touching tribute to the pooch.
