Martin Lewis is urging people who have been hit by an unexpected bank charge due to a delay in their Child Benefit payment to contact HM Revenue and Customs to complain and seek redress - after the money lands in their account on Wednesday. HMRC estimated that half a million people are still waiting on payments, and confirmed that money due on Monday will arrive on June 5.
