"I'm happy to let you know now that I'm fully recovered. back at work and more determined than ever to lead the change that I know you so desperately want to see." She added: "Sinn Fein is ready to lead." She added: “Friends, we all know the huge damage Fianna Fail and Fine Gael have done over many, many years and it’s absolutely clear they’re out of touch, out of ideas and are absolutely incapable of the many crises that we face.

“And at the centre of that change is housing. The housing crisis has touched every corner of our lives in devastating ways.
