Mauricio Pochettino defends ‘amazing’ Raheem Sterling and responds to the Chelsea fans that booed him against Leicester
Sterling missed a penalty in the first-half with a poor effort, even though their usual taker Cole Palmer was on the pitch.
Fans also questioned Pochettino's decision to take Mykhailo Mudryk off before Sterling as an unconvincing Chelsea fought for the win.The Blues boss has now issued his response to the jeers and discontent as he told the BBC: "We need to support him, he's an amazing player. "He has more than 10 years experience in the Premier League. Of course I think the contribution was good. He was a little bit unlucky with some actions where he should have scored. But we are a team and we need to be there for everyone.
