Maya Jama has been giving us some major hair envy recently, and if you’re anything like us you’ll be dying to know just how she gets her glossy locks to have a mirror-like shine.
Maya’s hairstylist Aaron Carlo shared a snap of the Love Island host on his Instagram following Monday night’s episode, where he revealed the products he used to create her sleek shiny locks. Next, Aaron added Morrocanoil Perfect Defense heat protectant spray, £26.85 here, to give Maya’s hair some added protection from styling tools, as well as to add extra shine and hydration.
The spray is the secret to finishing off a glossy look and to achieving Maya’s mirror-like shine. The heat-activated, anti-humidity spray acts as an invisible cloak over the hair, repelling moisture and reducing the look of flyaways thanks to the heat-activated polymer technology that seals the hair when dried or straightened.
