Michael McGrath, the Minister for Finance, has said that a “comprehensible explanation” is needed as to why RTÉ executives failed to disclose the existence of additional barter accounts at the broadcaster when addressing politicians last week, adding that “a question as to whether or not there were other barter accounts… was easily anticipated”.
