'The Notorious, who has not fought in over two years, is required to return to USADA's testing pool for six months before being permitted to fight'

Conor McGregor's manager says they are "going about things the right way" in regards to the UFC star returning to the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency's testing pool.

But the Dubliner's manager Audie Attar claims the former two-weight champion is now targeting a return to the octagon in 2024, stating that conversations have been had with both the UFC and USADA.He told MMA Junkie: "One of the things everybody forgets is that Conor was one of the most tested athletes when he was competing, and we’re going about things the right way. We’re in active discussions with the UFC, we’ve spoken to USADA, and we’re going to do things the right way.

He added: "Everybody’s always doubting him in different ways and criticising him, and being critical. But ultimately, they’ll see when he steps into that octagon, and ultimately I think they can eat their words then.
