Thomas Markle Snr has not spoken to his daughter Meghan Markle in six years and he's now reached out to King Charles, who he believes is 'in the same boat'
The Duchess of Sussex hasn't spoken to her father in six years following a dramatic fallout before Meghan's wedding to Prince Harry. Their feud means Thomas has not met his two grandchildren - Prince Archie and Princes Lilibet.
"I would love to speak to him because I am sure he has as many unanswered questions as I do. Neither of us deserves the treatment we've received," he said in a new interview. Thomas also begged Meghan to end their feud before his 80th birthday next month. Failing that, he said he would at least like to have a picture of his grandchildren.
The monarch has met his grandson Prince Archie on a handful of occasions, however, he has only met his granddaughter Princess Lilibet once. Lilibet was born in America after Meghan and Harry had left the Royal Family.
