MEGHAN MARKLE broke royal tradition on her wedding day by not wearing a dress by a British designer. David Emanuel, the designer of Princess Diana's wedding dress, spoke exclusively to Express.co.uk about why he was 'disappointed' in the gown.
“I always say that,” Mr Emanuel commented.
