Met Éireann has issued a weather warning for three counties
Met Éireann said southwesterly winds tonight will reach mean speeds of 50 to 65km/h and gusts of 80 to 100km/h, highest in coastal areas.The warning will expire at 8am on Wednesday morning.
Tuesday will bring a mix of cloud and bright spells with scattered blustery showers. Some of the showers throughout the day will be heavy and there will be a risk of thundery downpours in some areas. Wednesday will be bright and breezy with sunny spells and scattered showers. In the evening, heavy rain will develop in the southwest and spread northeastwards.Advertisement
