'You ever been in a storm, Wally?'
"I shall unleash my fury upon you like the crashing of a thousand waves. I am untethered and my rage knows no bounds."
The words of Dennis Reynolds, of course. This coming weekend, Ireland will only have to deal with Storm Dennis over this coming weekend. Nevertheless, it seems as though we'll have some more terrible weather on our hands. In an Advisory issued earlier today, Met Éireann said:"Storm Dennis will bring some very wet and very windy weather over the weekend and into Monday. The advisory will remain in effect from 3am on Saturday morning until 12pm on Monday.
While no specific warnings have been issued yet, it seems as though we can begin to prepare for the worst. Storm Dennis will make its presence felt on Saturday, bringing"a wet and windy day" according to the Met Éireann team, with widespread heavy rain resulting in a risk of flooding.
