An Arctic blast is set to hit Ireland with sub-zero temperatures next week, according to weather experts.
Whilst Met Eireann is not predicting snowfall at the moment it has described the outlook for Easter week as being "unsettled". Met Eireann's National Outlook Overview: Cooler with blustery showers on Friday and Saturday, followed by rain on Sunday. Friday night: Scattered showers will continue on Friday night, some heavy with hail and wintry on hills. It will be driest in the southeast. Lowest temperatures of 1°C to 4°C in a moderate to fresh and gusty westerly wind.
