🌧️Met Office issues weather warnings for heavy rain, ice and wind for New Year's Eve

A further yellow warning for ice is in force for much of Scotland until 11am on New Year’s Eve, while a wind warning is scheduled to last until 3am. Forecasters said Saturday will be the wetter day of the New Year weekend and will have the most persistent rain., which is also likely to affect driving conditions.
