Spring has brought mixed weather so far
Spring has brought mixed weather in Liverpool so far as heavy rainfall has battered the region at times this week. However, the forecasting agency has issued a more positive outlook for Saturday.
The hour by hour forecast for April 6 shows dry conditions throughout the day with temperatures reaching highs of 16C. It said: "Cloudy changing to sunny intervals by lunchtime."The forecast for Sunday expects the mixed conditions to once again return as light showers will arrive in the morning. It said: "Sunny intervals changing to light showers by late morning."
The wider forecast for the North West isn't quite so positive as it said for Saturday to Monday: "A windy weekend, with gales on Saturday perhaps giving some travel disruption. Showery at times, but generally somewhat drier than of late with sunny spells. Temperatures above the seasonal average." Across the UK, this weekend is set to bring about the warmest temperatures of the year so far.
