The two-time Olympian hasn't fought since losing to Jordan Gill last December, with many speculating that the former world champion contender was on the brink of retirement.

"It looks like Mick is going to be with us in the coming year. As a matter of fact we're looking at St Paddy's Day in March, and we are excited having Mick with us, and helping him have another run at it. 'Irish Mick' told ProBox TV: "It is an interesting one. As you've seen with my fights over the last few years, they have been very exciting. Albeit, I don't like them being exciting, I'd rather they be boring!
