Michael Mosley is a health expert that is credited with creating several weight loss diets, but still enjoys cooking up tasty recipes that won't ruin slimming results.

Rather than taking time to mix, knead and prove a full loaf, this keto mug bread recipe can be whipped up in minutes, is low in sugar and comes in at 212 calories per serving. Sharing the recipe on the Fast 800 blog, Michael said: "Flaxseed is a great addition to any diet but particularly a keto diet as they’re a source of protein, fibre and omega-3 fatty acids. They’re one of the world’s oldest cultivated crops and come in brown and golden forms which both have a mild, savoury flavour which lends itself perfectly to bread recipes.
