And in order to help people slim down a little, diet guru Dr Michael Mosley has shared three foods that should be 'avoided' or 'minimised' by those looking to lose some weight.
The diet doc, who also posts regular blogs, has also listed three food groups slimmer should avoid if they want to drop pounds quickly, reports the Bristol Post. Starchy carbs The nutrition expert also explained that slimmers should try to minimise their "starchy carb" intake.
