Singer Michelle Heaton has shown off her incredibly muscular physique as she hits the gym, in new snaps shared to her Instagram.
The mum-of-two was then joined by her husband Hugh Hanley as they both flexed their muscles for the camera. "I lift because it strengthens my upper body, my core and physical condition. In turn creating that “lean” not “bulky” effect. And it releases those happy hormones putting a spring in my step! They continued to tell The Sun: "Michelle has been through a lot over the past few years and she has overcome a lot to make it this far. She wants to push herself and make her children proud of her."
