Microsoft will stop selling Windows 10 Home and Windows 10 Pro licenses to consumers and businesses on January 31, 2023.
, Microsoft has added a disclaimer to its Windows 10 download pages warning consumers that licenses will no longer be available as of January 31, 2023.
“January 31, 2023 will be the last day this Windows 10 download is offered for sale,” explains the disclaimer . “Windows 10 will remain supported with security updates that help protect your PC from viruses, spyware, and other malware until October 14, 2025.”, Windows 10 is by far the most popular version of Windows on the market, with a 67.95% market share as of December. Windows 11 is a distant second with 16.97%, while Windows 7 isn’t far behind in third with 11.2%.If you’re still intent on securing a Windows 10 license before Microsoft stops selling them, you still have some time.
