The high street retail tycoon has spent almost £23 million buying shares in the company this month
High street retail tycoon Mike Ashley has continued to rapidly increase his stake in Boohoo, the fast fashion group run by Offaly man John Lyttle.
Stock exchange filings show that Ashley’s stake now stands at 16.5 per cent, with 209.3 million shares in the company. Ashley has been buying the stake through Fraser Group, the company which owns the Frasers department store chain and Sports Direct.
